What does a pilot include?

One agreed deliverable from your backlog, built in your repo over two weeks, with demos on day 3, 7 and 14. The fee is ₹29,000: half at the start, half after the day-14 demo.

What if the pilot isn't working?

If the day-7 demo isn't on track for the agreed deliverable, you can stop and you don't pay the second 50%.

How does the credit work?

If you continue with a monthly squad, the full ₹29,000 is credited against month one. If month one is quoted at Q, you pay Q minus ₹29,000.

Who owns the code?

You do, from day one. It lives in your repo.

How do you use AI?
